Friday August 13
10am to 6pm        Early Checkin & Registration
                             Free Dash Plaques for first 75 PAID entries
                              Tshirts $16.00 Small - XL ; $18.00 XXL or larger

1pm to 3pm         Bowling Tournament.. 3 person blind draw teams.... Baker Style bowling format $300 to win

4pm to 4:30pm    Meet at Hammons Convetion Center

4:30 to 5:00        Cruise to Main Street (Route 66) Joplin, MO

5pm to 7:15pm   Vettes on Route 66 Block Party.
                             BBQ Dinner will be provided by Cafe on the Route from Baxter Springs
                            Main Street, Joplin, Mo (route66) will be closed to traffic for this block party and it is open for public 
                            to come view our cars...Music will be provided.

7:15pm to .....          Caravan down route 66 to Drive In.

Dusk                   Drive In Movie Night,  (Cruise old route 66 to one of the last surviving Drive ins on route 66 )

After 1st SHOW...Twilight Evening Cruise down a stretch of route 66 and then back to Hotel.


Saturday August 14

7am                    3 club Golf Tournament ( 5 iron, 9 iron & putter)   This will be a blind draw for teams and a 2 person 
                                                                best ball scramble format- This is limited to 36 golfers register early.

8am to noon      Late registration ( hammons Center)

8am to 10am     Poker run   3 stops best 5 cards win  $30.00 Cash - 2nd place $20.00 Cash

10am to 11am  Lineup cars inside the Hammons Center for Car Show (open & free to the public)

11am to 2pm    Car Show (inside Hammons Center)
                          1st, 2nd & 3rd trophies In all Division   C1 - C2 - C3 - C4 - C5 - C6 

11am to 1:30   Shopping on Route 66 ( we will be shuttling anyone who would like to go on a shopping spree while
                                                               their car is in the car show down to the shops on Route 66 Joplin, Mo )

                                 PICK YOUR CRUISE
2:00pm to 5:00 pm   Route 66 Cruise  Cruise Route 66 east, Kellogg Lake, and to restored gas station at Halltown
                                 for Photo Op
            or
2:00pm to 5:00 pm   Cruise to Coleman Theatre for tour of restored Coleman and cruise 66 back to Hammons Center

6:00 to midnight     Kickin it on Route 66 Banquet.
6:00 to 6:30       Social Time   ( free Beer while supply lasts)

6:00 to 6:30       Wine Tasting

6:30 to 7:30pm   Dinner is served

7:30 to 8:30       Award Ceremony ( also raffles & 50/50 pot given away)

8:30 to midnight  Dance ( Live Band provided)   Cash Bar all evening, 

              THEME IS 50'S & 60'S DRESS AND ATTIRE.....                       
SUNDAY AUGUST 16

8 to 9am     Holiday Inn Atrium  COFFEE & DONUTS  with a send off prayer for those traveling........

8am to ...    Autocross of site. Hosted and put on by 4 State Vettes of Joplin.
